A slim portable, yes — the Casio CDP-S110 in our catalog is 99 mm deep and 10.5 kg, which fits most desks. Check that the keys end up at the right height once it is on the surface, because a desk is often too high.
Depth is the specification
Anything much over 30 cm (11.8 in) deep leaves no room for a keyboard and mouse. The slim piano family exists for exactly this arrangement.
Height is the problem
Desks are built for typing, which is higher than playing. A keyboard tray, a lower desk or an adjustable chair fixes it; ignoring it builds a wrist habit.
What else to check
That the pedal can sit somewhere your foot naturally reaches, and that the music rest does not foul a monitor.
The questions players ask
What height should the keys be?
Where your forearms are roughly level with them when seated. A standard desk plus an instrument is usually several centimeters too high.
Does it need a mat?
A thin mat under it reduces what passes into the desk and stops it sliding. It also decouples the mechanical key noise slightly.
